Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Cushion Vehicle Regulations.

Interpretation

In these Regulations, air cushion vehicle means a machine designed to derive support in the atmosphere primarily from reactions against the earth’s surface of air expelled from the machine.

Exclusion

Commercial air services provided by means of air cushion vehicles are excluded from the operation of Part II of the Aeronautics Act.
