Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Certified Seed Potatoes Regulations.

General

s. 2

Certified seed potatoes, imported under tariff item 7120-1, shall have attached to each bag or other container a CERTIFIED SEED POTATOES tag issued by the proper authority of the state or district in which the potatoes were grown, certifying that they have been grown and approved especially for use as seed in accordance with the official rules and regulations of the government of the country of production.
