Short Title

s. 1

This Permit may be cited as the Import of Dairy Products for Personal Use Permit.

General

s. 2

Any person may, under the authority of this General Import Permit, import into Canada from any country any dairy products for the personal use of the importer and his household not exceeding $20 in value for each importation.

s. 3

Where completion and validation of a customs entry form is required with respect to any dairy product that is imported under the authority of this General Import Permit, that form shall be endorsed “Imported under the authority of General Import Permit No. 1” or “Importé en vertu de la Licence générale d’importation n o 1”.
