This Order may be cited as the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Authority to Prescribe Fees Order.

Authorization

s. 2

The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development is authorized to prescribe by order the fees to be paid by persons provided with microfilm copies of geological, geophysical and well-history data submitted pursuant to the Canada Oil and Gas Land Regulations.
