Short Title

s. 1

This Order may be cited as the Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange Membranes Remission Order.

s. 2

Remission is hereby granted of all customs duties paid or payable under the Customs Tariff on perfluorinated ion-exchange membranes that are

s. 2(a)

for use in the production of chlorine or sodium hydroxide; and

s. 2(b)

imported during the period commencing on January 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1990.
