Coming into Force
This Act or any of its provisions or any provision of any other Act enacted or amended by this Act comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.[Note: Sections 1 to 26, 28, 30, 32 to 44, 46 to 161, 163 to 165 and 167 in force June 28, 1996, sections 162 and 166 in force July 31, 1996, see SI/96-58.]
