Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b) a of the Financial Administration Act, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to prescribe, by order, the fee to be paid by foreign nationals to participate in an international youth exchange program in Canada.
