Hyperlaw

Sources and disclaimers

Hyperlaw is an unofficial, independent edition of the law. The official publisher's text always prevails. This page collects the source, licence, accuracy and privacy notices for every corpus.

Accuracy and official versions

Hyperlaw is provided for reference only and is not legal advice. Text is reproduced from official sources, but it is not an official version: verify every provision, citation and judgment against the publisher before relying on it. Editorial apparatus, annotations, headnotes and source credits are not reproduced as law. A link means the engine found a citation and a matching target, not that the citation is correct in law.

Privacy

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in sets a session cookie; Reader uploads are stored under your account and are never public. If analytics are enabled they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track visitors across sites. Standard server logs are kept for security and operations, and API requests may be logged with a token identifier for quota and abuse prevention.

Reuse

Each corpus keeps its publisher's terms, set out above. Do not strip attribution or the not-an-official-version notices when reusing material. API and MCP responses carry the relevant licence metadata; the site's own code and presentation are not the source texts.

Hyperlaw is independent and unofficial. Corrections and comments are welcome.
