Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Department of the Environment to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the public service in the Department of the Environment, known as the Crown Corporation Secretariat, relating to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Canada Lands Company Limited and Queens Quay West Land Corporation.
