Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a) a of the Financial Administration Act, hereby designates the Registrar of the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists as deputy head in respect of that Office, effective February 6, 2006.
