Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (d) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, and pursuant to subparagraph (a)(ii) of the definition appropriate Minister in subsection 83(1) of that Act, hereby
repeals Order in Council P.C. 2004-871 of July 20, 2004 a, and SI/2004-104
designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister for the Queens Quay West Land Corporation for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act,
effective February 6, 2006.
