Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a) a of the Financial Administration Act, hereby designates the Executive Director of the Public Appointments Commission Secretariat as deputy head in respect of that Secretariat.
