His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, hereby transfers to the Public Service Commission from the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development known as the Internal E-staffing Unit, effective July 1, 2011.
