His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby
pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers to Shared Services Canada the control and supervision of the following portions of the federal public administration in the Department of Public Works and Government Services known as:
the Services Transition and Major Projects Unit,
the Chief Technology Officer Unit,
the Enterprise Services Unit,
the Service Management and Delivery Unit,
the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Unit, and
the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Support Unit, and
orders that the Minister of Public Works and Government Services shall preside over Shared Services Canada,
effective August 4, 2011.
