His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, hereby transfers to the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Canadian Heritage known as the Urban Aboriginal Youth and Community Programs Unit, effective April 1, 2012.
