His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 13 a of the Territorial Lands Act b, orders that the lands described in the annexed schedule lying within 30.48 m (100 feet in width) of the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline of Hecla and Griper Bay and any unnamed stream, creek or waterbody within or adjacent to that land, in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of those lands. All that portion of Lot 1000, Quad 79B/06, in the Northwest Territories, as said lot is shown on a plan number 96386 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 4269.
