His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers to the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario from the Department of Industry the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Industry known as Canada Business Ontario, effective June 6, 2013.
