His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada from the Department of Transport the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Transport known as the Unit Responsible for Federal Bridges in the Region of Montreal, effective February 13, 2014.
