His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act a, effective November 4, 2015, R.S., c. C-10

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2006-67 of February 6, 2006 b; and SI/2006-28

(b)

designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Post Corporation Act a.
