repeals Order in Council P.C. 2002-365 of March 14, 2002 b; and SI/2002-58

(b)

designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act a.
