His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 a of the International Development Research Centre Act b, S.C. 2010, c. 12, s. 1746(E) R.S., c. I-19

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 1979-1625 c of June 5, 1979; and SI/79-96

(b)

designates the Minister for International Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the International Development Research Centre Act b.
