His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Prevention of Terrorist Travel Act a, designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, who is a minister of the Crown, to be the Minister referred to in that Act.
