His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Air Canada Public Participation Act a, R.S., c. 35 (4th Supp.) SI/89-98

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 1989-516 of March 23, 1989 b; and

(b)

designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Air Canada Public Participation Act a.
