His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act a, designates the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
