His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 11.11(2) a of the Trade-marks Act b, S.C. 2017, c. 6, s. 61 R.S., c. T-13

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 1996-324 of March 12, 1996 c; and SI/96-24

(b)

designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of sections 11.11 to 11.24 d of that Act. S.C. 2017, c. 6, ss. 61 to 67
