Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act a and paragraph (c.1) b of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act c, R.S., c. S-12 S.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69(2) R.S., c. F-11

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1012 of July 18, 2018 d; SI/2018-68

(b)

designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act a; and

(c)

designates the Minister of Industry as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act c.
