Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Cannabis Act a,
repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1417 of November 21, 2018 b; and
designates the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
