Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act a,
repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1021 of July 18, 2018 b; and
designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a Minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act.
