Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers from the Privy Council Office to the Department of Canadian Heritage the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration in the Privy Council Office known as the Youth Secretariat and the LGBTQ2 Secretariat.
