Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,
pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Preclearance Act, 2016 a, designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible Minister for the purposes of that Act; S.C. 2017, c. 27
pursuant to subsections 4(2) and (3) of that Act,
designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of sections 6 to 8 of that Act in circumstances concerning highways, roads, bridges, tunnels and paths, and
designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of sections 6 to 8 of that Act in circumstances concerning marine navigation or infrastructure, aerodromes and railways and railway terminals; and
pursuant to subsection 4(2) of that Act, designates the Minister of Foreign Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of section 41 of that Act.
