Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Federal Prompt Payment for Construction Work Act a, designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purpose of that Act.
