Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Shared Services Canada Act a, S.C. 2012, c. 19, s. 711

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1366 of November 20, 2019 b; and SI/2019-128

(b)

designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
