Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Civil Lunar Gateway Agreement Implementation Act a, designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act, effective October 26, 2022.
