Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act a, R.S., c. C-7

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-947 of October 26, 2021 b; and SI/2021-92

(b)

designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
