Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the National Housing Strategy Act a, S.C. 2019, c. 29, s. 313

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-948 of October 26, 2021 b; and SI/2021-93

(b)

designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
