Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers from the Minister of the Environment to the Minister of Canadian Heritage the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration known as the Parks Canada Agency.
