Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 4 of the Canada Early Learning and Child Care Act a, S.C. 2024, c. 2

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2024-345 of April 12, 2024 b; and SI/2024-15

(b)

designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
