Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-88 of February 12, 2025 a; and SI/2025-18

(b)

designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons as the Minister for the purposes of the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act b. R.S., c. 33 (2nd Supp.)
