Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-87 of February 12, 2025 a; SI/2025-17

(b)

designates, under section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act b, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act; and S.C. 2013, c. 40, s. 365; S.C. 2017, c. 9, s. 36

(c)

designates, under the definition Minister in subsection 2‍(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act c, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, who is a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
