Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act a, R.S., c. E-3

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-85 of February 12, 2025 b; and SI/2025-15

(b)

designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
