Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act a, S.C. 2003, c. 2

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-427 of March 14, 2025 b; SI/2025-46

(b)

designates the Minister of Health, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act a in respect of physical activity; and

(c)

designates the Minister of State (Sport), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act a in respect of sport.
