Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Invest in Canada Act a, S.C. 2017, c. 20, s. 442

(a)

repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-49 of January 31, 2018 b; and SI/2018-16

(b)

designates the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purpose of the Invest in Canada Act a.
