Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a) a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act b, transfers from the Department of Industry to the Department of Public Works and Government Services the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Industry known as the Industrial Technological Benefits Branch, except for the Research and Analysis Directorate, effective July 16, 2026.
