Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, the Cree Regional Authority and the Naskapi Band of Quebec, pursuant to section 161 of the Cree-Naskapi (of Quebec) Act*, is pleased hereby to designate the City of Ottawa in the Province of Ontario as the place for the head office of the Cree-Naskapi Commission.
