Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs to prescribe, by order, the fees to be paid by persons for services in respect of the issuance of documents by the Office of the Registrar General of Canada.
