His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Translation Bureau Act, is pleased hereby to designate the Minister of Supply and Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to act as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
