Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, is pleased hereby

(a)

to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1982-15 of January 12, 1982*; and SI/82-28, 1982 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 424

(b)

to designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Standards Council of Canada Act.
