Provision
His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Nordion and Theratronics Divestiture Authorization Act*, is pleased hereby to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1991-680 of April 11, 1991** and to designate the Minister of Finance, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
