His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Petro-Canada Public Participation Act*, is pleased hereby to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1991-414 of March 1, 1991** and to designate the Minister of Finance, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
