to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1453 of June 25, 1993*; and SI/93-107, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3199
to designate the Minister of Communications, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
